Hidalgo County Hazard Mitigation Plan has provided us with some instruction for us to comply with FEMA's requirements for public outreach. A public meeting will be held on September 22nd at 5:00 pm at the Pharr One Building 1121 E. Nolana Loop Pharr, Texas 78557 as well as virtually on Zoom.
